Return policy
We value your business. Our aim is to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. We will endeavour to do what we can so you are familar with your new gear.

No refunds will be given on special orders, sale items or used goods if you have simply changed your mind.

Freight
Your order will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.  We use trackable and economical frieghting companies to make it cost effective and fast. Freighting costs will be provided to you at the time of your order. Sydney and area's within the viscinity of Sydney may be able to recieve personally delivered goods, subject to timing.

We will contact you if there is any delay in your order and provide details in a timely manner.

Shipments from Windsurfing Religion MUST be inspected BEFORE signing and any damage reported at that time of reciept. Without customer inspection the freight companies assume that the damage occurred after delivery and that the freight company cannot be held responsible. Freight claims for damages reported after our customers receive and sign for their shipment will not be honored.

Privacy policy
Windsurfing Religion will store your information such as name, address, phone number, email address and billing information. This information is used to process and fulfill your order, and to contact you directly. Please let us know if you dont want your information stored.

This information is not shared with any third party unless your authorisation is provided.

Conditions of hire
This applies to items hired through Windsurfing Religion.

The hirer is responsible for the safe return of the hired items. Any damage to the hired items is at the hirer expense.

Hire equipment must be returned in a clean state.

NSW maritime sailing regulations must be adhered to at all times. Items are only to be used for their designed intent. 

The hirer is responsible for their conduct and safety. Items are only to be used in daylight hours only.

No refunds for early returns. Late returns will incur a penalty.

Windsurfing Religion will accept no responsiblity for any loss or injury incurred to the hirer or any third party whilst using the hire equipment.
